Policies & Etiquette
It is our desire to provide you with the best possible care and attention that we are able to offer. For this reason, we do not overbook our appointments the way some offices are known to do. Our office policies are designed so that we can provide you with individualized attention and the best care possible.
1) We run very on-time. Please check-in prior to your appointment time. This policy allows us to devote our full attention to you when your appointment starts and allows you to maximize your treatment/therapy time.
2) We may not be able to accommodate if you are more than 10 minutes late. This is to ensure appointments continue in a timely manner for all clients. This policy is designed so that you can fit your treatments into your busy schedule and you do not have to worry about typical waiting room unpredictability.
3) “Life’s happenings” are completely understandable; however, please provide advance notice when possible. Please notify of any cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This policy allows us to free up spots for others in need since we do not over-book. If there are repeated cancellations, you will be required to have a credit card on file for future cancellations. If there are excessive cancellations, you will be required to pay the full cash fee upon cancellations.
4) A quiet/non-allergenic environment is best for healing. Please turn off cell phones or put them on silent when arriving in the office. Also please avoid wearing heavy scents or perfumes into the office. This policy allows us to maintain amaximally healing and non-irritating environment for you.
5) New patients: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to allow time to complete your check in process. This allows us to start your appointment at your scheduled time and to not have to rush through your history and examination. Please also cancel your appointment if you have changed your mind so that someone in need may have your appointment slot.
6) Staff: All of our male and female practitioners, massage therapists, and staff work together as a team to bring you the best treatment. At this time, we are unable to accomodate any specific requests.
7) Covid: We ask that you refrain from making an appointment if you have been exposed to covid, test positive for covid, or have any covid symptoms for at least two weeks. We also ask that you inform us if you end up testing positive after a recent visit with our office.
