Conditions we evaluate
Start With What You’re Feeling
At Blissful Wellness Acupuncture & Chiropractic in Rancho Cucamonga, our dual-licensed doctors evaluate pain, nerve symptoms, injuries, women’s health, digestive concerns, stress, sleep, and low energy. We look beyond a single symptom to understand how it affects your movement, comfort, and daily life.
A clear place to begin
What types of conditions do we treat?
Blissful Wellness evaluates a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, injury-related, women’s health, digestive, and stress-related concerns. Treatment recommendations depend on your history, examination findings, comfort level, and goals—not simply the name of a condition.
Pain & Injuries
Where does it hurt?
Persistent or recurring discomfort can affect sleep, concentration, movement, and daily routines.
- Neck pain
- Low back pain
- Shoulder pain
- Elbow pain
- Wrist & hand pain
- Hip pain
- Knee pain
- Foot & ankle pain
- Jaw pain & TMJ
- Headaches & migraine
Our evaluation considers location, movement patterns, muscle tension, joint function, aggravating activities, and relevant health history.
Nerve & Musculoskeletal
Changes in sensation or movement
Nerve irritation and musculoskeletal strain can overlap, so the location of a symptom does not always identify its source.
Our evaluation considers sensation, strength, range of motion, posture, functional limitations, and whether additional medical evaluation may be appropriate.
Auto Accident & Whiplash
Recovering after an injury
Symptoms may appear immediately or develop after the initial event, especially following an auto accident or repetitive strain.
Our evaluation considers how the injury occurred, current symptoms, prior care, functional changes, and whether authorization or outside records are needed.
Women’s Health
Support through changing stages
Women’s health concerns often involve a combination of hormonal, digestive, sleep, stress, and musculoskeletal factors.
- Fertility support
- IVF support
- Pregnancy support & nausea
- PMS & menstrual discomfort
- Perimenopause & menopause
Our evaluation considers your symptoms, cycle or treatment timeline, medications, reproductive goals, medical care, and overall wellbeing.
Digestive & Internal Medicine
When digestion affects daily life
Digestive symptoms can be influenced by food, stress, sleep, medications, hormones, and other health conditions.
Our evaluation considers symptom patterns, diet and routines, medical history, current care, and signs that should be evaluated by your primary medical provider.
Stress & Whole-Body Wellness
When you do not feel like yourself
Stress, disrupted sleep, tension, and low energy can reinforce one another and affect how your body feels and functions.
Our evaluation considers sleep, stress load, daily routines, physical symptoms, energy patterns, and your goals for feeling and functioning better.
For suitable digestive concerns, PMS, menopause, stress, sleep, and fatigue, we generally consider acupuncture together with individualized Chinese herbal support. Fertility recommendations are reviewed individually; herbs are not routinely combined with IVF or pregnancy care. Capsules are purchased separately.
How care is selected
Your diagnosis does not automatically determine one treatment
Two people with the same diagnosis may have different histories, findings, sensitivities, and goals. We use your evaluation to recommend a practical starting point and adjust care as you progress.
Understand the concern
We discuss what you feel, when it began, what changes it, and how it affects your life.
Evaluate relevant factors
Your doctor completes an appropriate physical or health-focused assessment and reviews available records.
Choose a starting point
We explain what we found and recommend care based on appropriateness, comfort, and your goals.
Know when to seek urgent medical care
This page is educational and does not diagnose a condition. Call 911 or seek urgent medical attention for an emergency, sudden severe symptoms, new neurological changes, or any concern that may require immediate evaluation.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about getting started
Do I need a diagnosis before making an appointment?
No. Your first visit includes an evaluation of your symptoms, health history, and goals so the doctor can discuss appropriate care options with you.
Which service should I schedule first?
If you are unsure where to begin, we generally recommend starting with acupuncture. Your doctor can evaluate your needs and discuss whether acupuncture, chiropractic care, or a combination may be appropriate.
Can acupuncture and chiropractic care be combined?
Yes. We frequently combine them when both approaches fit the patient’s needs, examination findings, comfort, and treatment goals.
Will I receive treatment at my first appointment?
In most cases, treatment can begin at the first visit after the evaluation and consent are completed, provided it is appropriate and authorization is not required first.
What if my condition is not listed on this page?
This page includes common examples, not every concern we evaluate. Contact our office or call or text 909-276-7168 and our team can help you decide whether an appointment is appropriate.
Can I use health insurance?
Some PPO plans with out-of-network benefits may cover care. Before scheduling, submit your insurance information online or call us so we can verify your benefits before treatment. Benefit verification does not guarantee payment; coverage and patient responsibility depend on your plan.
Separate massage sessions and cupping are not billed to health insurance. We do not use personal health insurance for auto accident injuries. Contact our office before scheduling to discuss payment arrangements.
